General Entry

PlayHut Party & Playcentre provides a safe and welcoming environment for all ages. The following is a guide of our main conditions of entry.

  • Parental Supervision Is Required: Active supervision of your children is required at all times.
  • Socks Must Be Worn: For safety and hygiene reasons, all playing children and supervising adults must wear socks on our equipment.
  • All children over 12 months of age and under 12 years of age must pay an entry fee to attend PlayHut.
  • All patrons must follow the rules of play clearly displayed in the centre.
  • No Outside Food to be brought into the centre: Our Cafe serves great and tasty hot food and sweet treats as well as barista made coffee.
  • PlayHut reserves the right to refuse entry.

Parties

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, for all party bookings.
  • If you wish to transfer your party to a different date, at least 7 days notice MUST be given in order for the $50 deposit to be transferable and not be forfeited.
  • Confirmed guest numbers must be provided 36 hours prior to the party date. The number confirmed will be the amount of children that you will be charged for.
  • All parties are prepaid and must be paid for in full before the party can commence.
  • Start and finish times of booked parties are strict. You may arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your party commencing.
  • PlayHut require parents to be fully responsible for the action, safety and supervision of the children attending their party.
  • PlayHut will endeavor to take all necessary means for the safety of all children and customers, but will NOT take responsibility of children or customers who do not abide by the Party Hosts/ Centere Policies & requests.
  • By booking this party the customer agrees that as an Indoor Party & Play Centre, injuries are common & may occur. In any case all staff at PlayHut will not be held responsible or liable for any form of injury or accident that may occur.
  • Your party will consist of table setting, party food & drinks, unless otherwise specified.
  • Outisde Food (other than a Birthday Cake) are strictly prohibited from being brought into PlayHut. As such, PlayHut will do its best to accommodate most allergy requests. Please let staff know at time of booking if you have any special requirements.
  • When supplying your own cake, the customer making this booking is fully responsible for food prepared outside of this venue being served to their guests. PlayHut will not be responsible or liable for outside food brought into the centre which may cause illness due to contamination.
  • Under no circumstances will we cook, reheat or prepare any food from outside the premises.
  • PlayHut do not allow use of any cooking or heating equipment such as bain maries etc.
  • If this form cannot be signed in person, acknowledgement of all terms and conditions will be accepted by the customer by way of booking deposit being made.
  • PlayHut reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel a booking at their discretion.
  • Any special offers or discounts MUST be provided at the time of booking to be valid.

Private Hire

  • The conditions of this contract is that the customer making this payment acknowledges that they are booking a private hire of PlayHut only is totally responsible for that function including all guests, equipment, and quality of food served to guests.
  • A $100 non-refundable security deposit is required for all private functions at the time of the booking.
  • A $150 security bond and credit card details are required for all private functions. This is refundable once a full inspection is completed to a satisfactory standard. Please note that charges of damages and extended hours will be charged to the card.
  • Your standard 3 hour function will consist of access to the toilets, main playground, toddler area, party rooms and general area. This includes all of the seating and tables generally already in the centre.
  • PlayHut Private Hire start and finish times are strict. Any additional hours will be charged at $75 per half hour after the agreed 3 hour finish time.
  • All private functions are prepaid and must be paid in full 36 hours prior to the function date.
  • Supervision of children is the responsibility of the host booking this private hire. Adult supervision is required at ALL times.
  • No food or drink is permitted on the playground at any time.
  • No alcohol is permitted on the premises at any time.
  • PlayHut pty ltd is not responsible for any injuries/accidents that occur during private functions.
  • The customer making this booking is required to ensure that all rubbish is placed in bins provided.
  • PlayHut will be responsible for all cleaning of PlayHut including the removal of rubbish.
  • PlayHut will not be responsible for any food or food service provided by the host that at be contaminated, causing illness to others. It is the customer making this booking, responsibility to provide and serve food that can be safely consumed by their guests attending.
  • By making a deposit payment the customers accepts that as an Indoor Play and party centre, injuries are common and may occur. In any case all staff at PlayHut pty ltd will not be held responsible or liable for any form of injury or accident that may occur.
  • Any special offers or discounts MUST be provided at the time of booking to be valid.
  • Any catering ordered through PlayHut must be done with at least 36 hours notice
